My name is Kaitlin and I am the owner and operator of Soul Glow Healing.

I am a Reiki Practitioner and Raynor Massage Specialist based in Nelson, BC.

I rely on my gifts of empathy, intuition, clairsentience, and clairvoyance to tune into my clients energies and offer them healing and intuitive guidance on their journeys. I love to relate deeply with people and operate from my heart.

My mission is to help you alleviate tension and suffering from the mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and traumatic layers in the physical and energetic body and bring you back into a state of balance, well-being and bliss. I want to help your Soul Glow!

My sessions are very intuitive and unique to each individual. I offer energy work (through Usui reiki), body work (Raynor Massage). I also use tuning forks and sound healing instruments such as koshi chimes, steel tongue drum and ocean drum. I often play meditation music, diffuse essential oils and use crystals on the body for healing. During the sessions I tune into your aura and each chakra (energy center) and offer hands on or off healing. Bringing you into a state of deep relaxation which is the optimal state for healing to occur. Falling asleep during a session is perfectly fine.

 

During sessions I often receive intuitive downloads, images of spirit animals and messages from the spirit and ancestral realms. I'm still learning to decipher these messages as they are sometimes symbolic, but I will share them with you and see what lands.

At the end of each session I like to give a debrief of the energy imbalances I detected in your chakras and energy body with suggestions to bring them back into harmony, talk about the traumas and trapped emotions I felt within you, and discuss a personal roadmap of self care.

Raynor Massage is a unique bodywork modality that combines breathwork with Thai Massage, Ayurvedic Massage, Lomi Lomi, Shiatsu Massage and Reflexology. It is designed to release tension from the mental, physical, emotional and traumatic layers in the body. As the practitioner, I am always encouraging my clients to breathe deeply throughout the session. Your tension is released through your deep exhales. I will use different stretching techniques, as well as accupressure points timed with your breath, starting at the roots of tension (hands, feet, head) and following along meridian lines (energy pathways) in the body. I often find a lot of tension stored in the abdomen, which is an area most other massage practitioners tend to overlook.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

​

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

An amazingly simple technique to learn, the ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student during a Reiki class. This ability is passed on during an "attunement" given by a Reiki master and allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of "life force energy" to improve one's health and enhance the quality of life.

In Raynor Massage, we focus on specific "bands" of tension in the body, also known as or meridian lines, or energetic pathways. These bands are where the majority of tension tends to accumulate in the body and where we focus the treatment. Starting at the roots of tension, (the hands, feet, head) we work our way along these bands using a series of warm up, excavation, accupressure, stretching and rewarding techniques.
